When a large federal agency’s landscaping contract collapsed, the Melwood Enterprises team stepped in and took responsibility for the professional landscaping at a campus that covers 600 acres of ground over two separate sites. Our work restored customer confidence and the grounds so well that the contract was expanded.

Custodial services

After years of dissatisfaction, a state agency was looking for better services. Relying on decades of custodial experience and superb, sustainable cleaning methods, the Melwood Enterprises team took over cleaning a 220,000 square foot facility.

Specialized custodial solutions

At a large federal law enforcement organization, the Melwood Enterprises team is responsible for cleaning a facility totaling more than 2.8 million square feet and that includes many specialized spaces, including an indoor gun range.
