For nearly two decades, Tiffany Brand has been helping people discover what they’re capable of achieving. 

Since joining iScan in 2007, Tiffany has found fulfillment in supporting employees as they learn new skills, gain confidence, and grow in their careers. As a supervisor, she enjoys watching team members embrace new challenges and take pride in their work. 

“What has kept me at iScan for nearly two decades is my love for working with people with disabilities,” Tiffany said. “I love watching them get excited about learning and watching them gain confidence while performing their job.” 

That commitment is reflected in the way Tiffany leads her team. Guided by strength, resilience, and patience, she encourages employees to build on their skills, support one another, and take pride in their work. The result is a team that consistently meets deadlines, delivers quality results, and helps customers trust iScan with their most important records.  

Confidence Through Opportunity  

One employee’s journey stands out in particular. When Tiffany became her supervisor, the longtime iScan employee was nervous about learning new tasks. Over time, she developed new skills, gained confidence, and eventually began training others. 

“She went from being afraid to learn new tasks to volunteering to take on any new work task given to her,” Tiffany said. 

Stories like that demonstrate the value of iScan’s workforce. While customers depend on iScan for accurate, reliable document scanning and records management services, Tiffany believes the organization’s success starts with investing in its people. 

When asked what accomplishment makes her most proud, Tiffany points to her team. 

“I feel that you are only as good as your team,” she said. “My team works very hard every day to meet contract deadlines, produce great work, and meet their daily production goals.”
