Laurie MacNamara is a retired information technology and cybersecurity executive with extensive experience leading complex technology, cybersecurity, and infrastructure initiatives across the federal government and private sector. During her career at Booz Allen Hamilton, she served as Managing Director of Business Development and Capture, Federal Civilian and Health Services Team Lead, and Principal and IT Strategist, helping clients advance critical technology and business transformation initiatives.

Prior to joining Booz Allen Hamilton, MacNamara served as an International Economist and Presidential Management Fellow with the U.S. Department of Commerce. Throughout her career, she developed expertise in IT and cybersecurity operations, digital and human centered design, infrastructure design and management, physical security, and critical infrastructure protection. She also brings nonprofit board experience and extensive expertise in strategic planning, business development, financial management, regulatory compliance, and building strategic partnerships.
